While studying the Dynamics of Leadership, I was able to add new knowledge that inspires me and develops me as a leader. This course exposed me to a variety of leadership styles, theories, and applications required to be a quality leader. Additionally, I can adapt to new challenges and situations and always find innovative solutions to every problem. Besides, I can also improve my communication skills. Communication skills are important because they build trust, facilitate collaboration among team members, and inspire others. I can also adopt a leadership style characterized by empathy and concern for friends. Because every success or goal requires good cooperation and the ability to guide friends facing challenges.

In a nutshell, these subjects complement and enhance the soft skills everyone needs. Not to be forgotten, my friends from different countries have also helped me improve my foreign language skills by communicating with them. I also want to thanks to Dr Jamilah for always being positive, supportive, encouraging, and committed to teaching me and other friends.
